Choose your brake controller interface, whether through Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a handheld remote, or mobile device. If your vehicle has a factory-fitted brake controller, it’s compatible too.
Need a brake controller? Simply install the ElecBrakes unit on the trailer, follow a quick setup process, and you're ready to go.
Adding a breakaway unit is straightforward as well - this safety feature automatically applies the trailer brakes if it becomes detached from the tow vehicle. Easily mount and connect it through the Smart Wiring Loom.
Time-Saving Design
The system includes a pre-made, IP67-rated wiring loom with uniquely shaped connectors, ensuring each connection is fool proof and will only fit the correct component. This eliminates the need for complex wiring, saving hours of installation time.

The IP67-rated with connectors can only connect to the appropriate components, making installation fast, simple and secure.
Hydro Pro Hydraulic Actuator
The Alpha G-1600 actuator is designed to withstand harsh conditions with a sleek, compact, and durable build. Its 360-degree brake line fitting allows easy connection from any mounting position. All Deutsche Hydrapro 1600psi actuators feature a fast response time, reaching 1000psi in just 0.184 seconds.
The Hydro Pro hydraulic actuator is compatible with most factory-fitted and third-party brake controllers, working straight out of the box with no additional adaptors required.
ElecBrakes Brake Controller
A flexible trailer braking solution with user-defined programs to customize settings for various loads and towing conditions. ElecBrakes provides smooth, proportional braking for safer, more controlled journeys.
Breakaway System
For added safety, the breakaway system automatically applies the trailer brakes if it detaches from the tow vehicle, helping prevent accidents. The battery pack includes an easy-to-read charge meter, trickle charges from the vehicle, and supports 10-amp output.
Other 3500kg hydraulic braking kits are available with break away units, brake controllers, hubsets and tubing.
